Lessons

We accept Credit/Debit card, cash or Bacs payments. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

Full payment must be taken in advance of the first session or Term of your chosen package. **Please Note Taster sessions are free of charge** See price lists for information on our packages

Sessions will be unable to commence if full payment has not been received

Invoice and/or receipts will be emailed to the email address you have provided.
Copies available on request.
5. We require a deposit for parties, Studio bookings and Recording packages.
6. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session. If you are unable to attend your session, please notify ROX Music Academy at least 24 hours prior to your lesson via email or by phone.
7. If you do not notify us with adequate notice, this may result in loss of the session in the current block.
8. If you are unable to notify us prior to the session (for example: in the case of medical emergency) we will attempt to reschedule the session the same week.
9. Damage to our equipment due to misuse will be charged to the client
10. We may ask to take pictures during or after lesions to use in our promotions. Please advise staff if you prefer us not to.
11. Our tutors are DBS checked. Feel free to ask for a reference document.

Rehearsal Space

Full payment must be taken in advance of the session.

If you hire our rehearsal space and run over the time booked by over 15 minutes, a further charge of one hour will be applied to the charge.

Sessions will be unable to commence if full payment has not been received.

Invoice and/or receipts will be emailed to the email address you have provided.

If you cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to re arrange the session in the same week.

Please notify us in advance if you wish to have our kit removed.

More than one cancellation per month may result in ROX asking for a non refundable deposit

We will charge you for missing or damaged equipment as we check our itinerary after every session.

Please report faulty equipment as soon as possible so we can replace during your session. Any time lost will be added to the end of your session

Drinks of one per band member are provided free of charge.

Please feel free to provide ROX with any advertising you wish us to promote on our website, Facebook, Twitter or Rox Notice Board

We may ask permission to take picture of the band to use in our Promotion. Please advise staff if you prefer us not to.

The option to rent Guitars and Bass is available for £10 per instrument.

Studio/Recording

We require a deposit to reserve the Studio facilities or for Recording time.

Full payment must be taken in advance of the first session or Term of your chosen package

Cancellation of one week notice may result in the loss of deposit.

Please ensure you are happy with our work before you leave the studio. We do not give refunds.

We will retain deposits for cancellation notice of less than a week before Studio/Recording

We will charge for damaged or missing equipment. An itinerary check is completed before and after your session.

Please report any faulty equipment and any time lost will be added to your session.

If the session runs over by 15mins through no fault of the studio, a further hour will be charged.

Only a ROX Technician can remove, alter or replace the studio’s equipment.
